CheckmaityUsing Checkmaity
Checkmaity provides chess analysis and educational AI coaching. Use it for reviewing games and learning. Do not use it to cheat in live games, violate a chess platform’s rules, interfere with the service, or submit content you have no right to use.
You retain your rights to the content you bring to the app. You allow us and our service providers to process that content as needed to deliver the features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy and AI sharing information.
A coach to learn with
Maity uses AI and can make mistakes, including incorrect chess explanations. Engine evaluations are also limited by their search and available context. Use the board and your own judgment to check suggestions. We do not guarantee a particular result, rating increase, or tournament outcome.
AI coaching requires an internet connection and your permission to share coaching content. You can withdraw that permission in the app without losing local board and library access.
Free access and Pro subscriptions
The free plan currently includes five coached games per calendar month. Checkmaity Pro offers unlimited coached game reviews. Technical rate limits still apply to keep the service available. The purchase screen shows the actual plan, billing period, and localized price before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm an iOS subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting Checkmaity or withdrawing AI permission does not cancel your subscription.
Restore Purchases restores an eligible subscription purchased with the same store account. It does not recover a deleted local game library. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases under its policies and applicable consumer law.
Availability and your content
Online imports, AI responses, and purchase verification depend on third-party services and may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important PGNs. We may update features and limits; the terms and pricing shown for a purchase govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
Do not send sensitive personal information through coaching. Chess.com, Lichess, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and Apple are separate services with their own terms and policies. Checkmaity is not endorsed by Chess.com or Lichess.
License and consumer rights
The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a different license is supplied with the app. These service terms do not limit mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
